The Baddies

Osiris:

Age: 4

He was raised with his family pack.  With resources growing scarce, the wolves start to compete with nearby humans for food.  This creates a sense of fear with the humans.  One of Osiris’ cubs is caught killing a chicken from the human’s village, and is killed right after.  Wolves who were accompanying this food search retaliate and kill the human, igniting rage from the village when found.  The villagers set out to kill this “wild dog pack” so they won’t have to fear it.  They burn down the forest nearby, driving the wolves to a firing squad.  Osiris, sensing trouble, tries to get his pack mates to run in a different direction, but is only able to save a few young wolves (Pherrick, Cyc, and Scrim) from the carnage. After this, Osiris, the twins, and Pherrick wander until they find the city (which is yet to be named).

Osiris’ pack was known to take in other wolves.  Pherrick and Osiris’ fathers are brothers, making them cousins.  Pherrick sets out to start his own pack, but with the shortage of wolves in the area, he is unable to.  He returns to find his father once more but he can’t find them.  He returns to his uncle’s pack to find Osiris the leader.

Pherrick is cynical and determined.  He is upmost loyal to Osiris and trusts him with his life.   He can be a bit reckless, and will throw his entire being into his task 100%.  He likes a challenge and will gladly fight anyone in his way.  Pherrick looks older than he really is, making him that much more intimidating.
