Character bios, PLEASE! 8D Myers & Brigss MBTI

I would really like to see the character bios for everyone soon xD It will make it easier for those who around to plan plot to know about each OC X3  I've also updated some of the characters who have reff sheets up with some MBTI personality types (thanks Paige!).  You can find a list and short description here

Quickie update!

Osiris' reff has been put up under the Baddies section 8>  I put some bio on Pherrick the other day, but we still need to do bios on the rest of them, the mains, and Airi xD So mooch to do !

Also thinking of doing Sundays as our Plot day.  TELL ME YER THINKS.

Also, idea, the baddies collars were orginally given to them by the scientists.  They could have hidden trackers in them cuz they don't trust the wolves, just like the wolves don't trust the humans xD

Lots O' Updates!

So a few things! Please review the last few posts, especially Pagiey's ideas for different things.

I think we've pretty much decided on the original logo Tahly created for Studio Rebloom Though, only 4/10 agreed xD  She did remove the eye, and I think it's perfect :>  Also, regarding that!  I've posted the logo on the bottom right of the page column.  When you click on the logo, it'll take you to another post where I've put a small explanation for this site and our project, plus our names and links to our art sites.  Everyone's name is linked to their FA, cepts for Fal and Kan who are linked to their DA.  Tahly's is linked to IG :>  That way the project is explained and credit is given to everyone 8D

On another note, Tahly, Paige and I did some chatting about the Scientists.  We think there should be at least two mains.  A power hungry one and one who's all their last leg.  The Scientists page is updated with information regarding them as a whole.  I believe Hito and Paige, and maybe Kanya, said they would create a some?  Dee, if you could comb through this information and red line that'd be great xD! But I would like everyone to review it x'D

We also need someone to look through the Wolf's Rain Wiki Page to look for inconsistencies between the two stories.  Though I think it would helpful for everyone too, to at least familiarize themselves with the story.  Also, for people to rewatch the WR series and read the manga also!  This story is mostly based on the anime, but we can pull from the manga as well :>  I'll be doing this as well.  I realize this is a lot of work and most of us are time constrained, and that is perfectly fine xD

More ideas:

Easter eggs! We could add bits and pieces of info from the original series into this one or allude to past events/legends.
Example: Demon could live in the desert (or near it) where the original WR group met that tribe of humans and Kiba was taken away to the false paradise. Maybe Dee could warn the others to stay out of a certain area, due to there being a single, ancient plant that will “suck the life out of you” or your soul or whatever if you go near it. 
Maybe the frozen sea (where Toboe fought that giant walrus) is mentioned or actually explored, on their way to Paradise).
Architectural settings from the original may mostly be buried under the earth, but that doesn’t mean that the geological (natural) settings have been lost. Some may have changed in all those years, but can’t be completely lost.


Another thought, on humans:
Their position in the world needs to be made more clear. Are they doing all they can to survive and are literally fighting each other for food, water, resources? Are they turning to religion (maybe paradise/wolf-related?)? 
Maybe if we show the humans in a bit of chaos as they realize the world's dying or whatever, it'll make the "race" to Paradise more urgent, especially for the human scientists, at least one of whom is doing it for his/her family. The “main”/lead scientist could potentially be the one with the most at stake. Maybe his/her family is in more immediate danger? Maybe one scientist could have already lost family members or friends [someone close] and feels the need to get on track and find Paradise so no one else suffers?

We need to decide what happens to scientists at the end, too; do they die or do they move on to their own, reborn world, with most of them alive?
I guess we need to figure out what happens at the end, period, though.

Death idea:
Near the end, the sibling “bad guys”: one of the mains knocks one over the cliff, and its sibling takes out the main by knocking her over the cliff [with him/herself].

EDIT:  After looking at the image again, I kinda like the original.  I think maybe either move the eye up, or get rid of it all together?  Still need everyone's thoughts :)  THANKS AGAIN MELLOW <3

Ok so Tahly worked on our group logo a bit! I'm deff a fan! Lots o' good about her design so far!  Love the style its in and the gradient colors!  I did fiddle with the placement of everything.  I would very much like to hear what everyone thinks, and if anyone has any ideas.  Please answer ASAP so we can continue to move forward!

Also, I was thinking it would do well to have a day in the week where the convo is focused on the plot.  I would really like to see this project move forward! We've been doing very well, but we go through some stagnant periods x'D.  Now, it would be best to pick a day where the majority of people can be online.  I realize with time zones and our different schedules, this can prove difficult. I was thinking maybe Sunday?  What ever day we pick, the plan is that whoever IS on at the time, those people discuss plot.  Each session should have a designated note taker.  If I am present in the convo, I will take notes :> Since I volunteered for it and rather enjoy it anyway xD  If you can't make it every week on the day we  pick, obviously that's totally cool.  Just whoever is one, we should try to make some progress.
For blog comments, I think it would be helpful for you all to comment thoughts on the blogposts themselves.  This will give quicker feed back on diff topics.  I believe you can comment through your Google accounts.  This account (you may know xD) spans across a few sits, like G+ and Youtube.  Even BlogSpot is linked to G+ xD  For those of you who have a BlogSpot, you can use that ID I believe.
One last thing, interested on character sheet and baddies sheet progress thus far?  Any scientist designs sketched out?

Here's what I'm thinking: Delane's "torture" doesn't actually last that long and only consists of them first asking [as nicely as they can], then the one who pins her down  (Pherrick?) presses on her throat, threatening to bite. It goes too far when an overeager Pherrick (?) "punishes" her for insulting Osiris and gives her a severe wound. Osiris says he went too far and tells him to get off. Delane struggles to rise but can barely sit up. One of the twins (the sibling wolves) takes the [bloodied] cloak from under her and the other [with the better nose] says that they can track her scent back to where she originally came from--and to the others and Airi. When she tries to stop them, Osiris kills her to put her out of her misery. She bleeds out and pretty much sees the mains, as described before, as she bleeds out.
When the "baddies" finally find the mains, Osiris apologizes for having to kill Delane, as he didn't think a dog would really be friends with wolves. The act causes the mains to definitely put a wall between Osiris and his pack who wouldn't have minded the mains joining before (?).

I also think:
Osiris's group used to be larger but suffered a great loss (making his cubs and mate die?) due to humans [either hunting them down or causing a fire that killed them?--would some wolves have burn marks on their designs, if so?]. That's another reason why they don't want humans to survive, besides them corrupting the first paradise.

So I came up with some more ideas for WR2 :0  I prob won't be able to get on and discuss them much, but here's the gist:
I think that we should follow the scientists a bit more closely, cause I was thinking: WR followed around human characters, too, not just the wolves, and since the sciguys are important characters, too, it'd be good to have time to develop them more. The audience could grow to empathize with them more, like they did with Quent Yaden (sp?) from the original series and even Darcia--to a point.

Also, I think I loosely scriped out what's gonna happen to Delane, after a point, though further discussion would have to wait till maybe Sat, if I don't get off early [enough] today.

-Delane runs into Airi when he is [hiding? from the sci guys??] and watches over him [cause he reminds her of the other kid who fed her]. The mains find them, but Delane won't have it and cautiously stands her ground to protect Airi. [Rain?] attacks her/pins her down at first, but Airi protests and Demon connects with her and calms her down some. She's finally settled when she sees the wolves and Airi connecting and sees they won't harm him. 
-She shows them where to get food when Demon asks and Airi helps convince her to lend them a hand. They stay in the city till they notice the scientists searching the city (?) with the "baddies" not far behind. Then, they leave the city to head for Paradise and escape the sciguys/baddies.
-Delane and the mains bond (each in their own way/time) and she's made more at ease by Airi trusting them, so she eventually trusts them to be around Airi without her worrying. After a while, the "baddies" catch onto her and Airi and the main's scents. The main group can hear the "baddies" howling to one another to communicate this news.
-The mains express their concern and as Airi seems to get worried, too Delane offers to take an article of his scent-laden clothing (cloak?) and lead the wolves away. The reactions to this idea are mixed, but in the end, she says she'll be fine and will be back in no time & that she can outrun them if they do get too close. She tells them, before she leaves, to wade through some water or something to get rid of their scents.
-Delane proceeds to back track and then tries to make a trail heading off elsewhere, but hte baddies catch up and cut her off before she can escape. Pinned down by one of them, they take the cloak, ask where the others went, and when no answers are given, they proceed to torture her for info (??).
-Eventually, they back off some (due to Osiris or another--Os?--saying she's hd enough nd won't speak). She tries to fight back, all the while throwing insults, and they get impatient and kill her after one of them says they can track her scent to the others. They leave her to bleed out, taking the bloodied cloak with them.
-Delane watches their blurred shapes move away as her vision fades and sees the main wolves [in the blurred shapes] instead of the baddies and wishes them luck in finding their paradise.
-After they catch up to the mains, one wolf (or sci guy?) holds up the cloak and the mains ask where tehy got it. Osiris (?) says they took it from a dog that got in the way. That makes the others angry (or whatever emotion they'd each feel) and Airi upset. During this emotional weakness, they are taken off guard and beaten, and Airi is taken and the Sci guys shoot at the mains to keep them back, if they weren't already injured badly enough in the fight. (??)

Wolf's Rain: Amaranth/ Studio Rebloom

Kudos to Dee for the new title!  We had 5 of us vote and we all agreed.  If anyone who wasn't in the chat today has a problem withe the new title, please lets talk! We can always revote :D Amaranth means "an imaginary, undying flower." 

Also thought coming up with a group title would be a good idea for giving credit purposes.  One of the story title ideas was Wolf's Rain: Rebloom, which Dee made better by finding the word Amanranth.  She also had the idea of using the word Rebloom for the group name.  So We are officially STUDIO REBLOOM :D

Now, as you may have noticed, I added some tabs to the top of the page just under the header.  If you go to the Baddies section, you will Pherrick's new and shiny reff sheet!  He still needs a bio, but that will come later.  With ref sheets, I would like to see them similar to that sheet, if possible.  So if it's a wolf, have the human and wolf on there, and I think having the same background color (the light red on Pherrick's sheet) will be good for consistency's sake.

Jobs still needing to be done:

Reffs for all the mains.
Reffs for Airi, Osiris, and Rain (Tahly)
New story logo (Tahly)
Reffs for Cyc and Scrim (Dee)
Reffs for Scientist Characters (Hito, i think?)

We also need bios for all of the characters we have so far xDDDD  Once I have the reffs, I will post the bios underneath each sheet on their repective pages.

Also in regards to Cyc and Scrim, Dee (creator of those characters) decided she liked the idea of Scrim being a girl, and being Cyc's brother :>

Update on the baddie pack!

So, upon chatting with Dee she reminded us that she actually created all the baddies except for Pherrick, who I made x'D

Soooo updating ref sheets and making baddie humans goes as follows!:

Dee- Cyc and Scrim, new reffs and humans.
Tahly- Osiris, new reffs and human. + Airi
Blacktail: Pherrick's new ref and human.

We need to figure out if Chaz's Os is till with the baddies at first? And how he fits in later xD

Ok, so some ideas to think on!!! I was thinking maybe of a different title other than Wolfs Rain II?  Let's talk about ideas! ALso, Tahly and I were talking about maybe putting together a WRII playlist? Like finding songs for out imaginary OST XD.  We also need human forms for the baddies.  Annnnddd if we wannt tweak any of their designs. 

I think if anyone, Cyc needs slight tweaking (he's the yellow/tan one). Maybe just gray his color a bit.  I also had the thought of making Scrim (dark brown) a female, and make her sister to Cyc? thoughts?
